I'm currently a Tier 2 Operations Technician at Clearbridge Business Solutions, a managed service provider in Abbotsford, BC — where I act as a senior escalation point across 50+ client environments. My day-to-day spans identity and access management, email security and deliverability, networking, endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, security incident response, and disaster recovery.
Highlights from the trenches: performed bare-metal recovery during a live cyber incident, wrote runbooks that cut repeat incidents by ~15%, and automated the boring parts with PowerShell wherever I could. I also mentor junior technicians.
Outside of work I build things: ExploreCMS — the open-source blog engine that powers this very site — a habit-tracker app, and an ever-growing homelab. I'm also laying the groundwork for my own managed IT services venture.
